1. What is ArchitectFWD™ Perform / prfrmHQ?
prfrmHQ is a performance management platform. It is a for Teams, Startups & Organizations and also Individuals, Solo Founders & Families to organise and track goals, set plans and review periods to stay on top of development plans and set out the path for success.
For Teams, Startups & Organizations - Whether you're a startup founder, CTO or a leader, manager, or HR professional in a small, medium or large organisation, this platform helps you efficiently manage team performance, review periods, and organizational people management. Oversee quarterly performance reviews, set clear objectives, and ensure alignment across teams — all in one place.
For Individuals, Solo Founders & Families - Looking to track your personal goals or improve self-discipline? This platform also supports individuals — whether you're a solo founder, freelancer, or even organizing the goals of family members. Set personal performance plans, track progress, and stay on top of your development journey with ease.
prfrmHQ is offered through a Software as a Service model.
2. Is there a free plan?
Yes there is! You can use the free plan to create a person record, single review period, one performance management plan and up to 3 goals. You may be able to use some of the features but other features/functions (such as the prfrmHQ AI Assistant) may be limited or unavailable unless you sign up for a subscription.

4. Are there any limits on the paid plans?
Yes there are. Limits may include but are not limited to these :
- A set amount of credits and each subscription renewal.
- A limit to the number of teams you can create
- a limit to the number of people you can manage in any team
- A limit to the number of review periods and plans you can manage
- A limit to the number of goals you can associate with any plan
Credits Management - prfrmHQ will provide a new credit balance at each invoice renewal and successful payment. This allows you to continue to use the AI assistant. Credits are a sum amount that are split across the number of teams you have in prfrm. Note that credits do expire and cannot be carried over to future periods.
5. How does individual and more wider team sharing and confidentiality work?
Transparency and Accountability - prfrmHQ provides transparent team spaces for teams to plan, set, and manage their goals using a combination of individual goal setting and team-oriented planning.
Self-serve - Everyone in the team who is a member of the team can see and manage their plans and goals. This helps with individual goal setting, and changes our model from an admin-centred to self-service performance management system.
Review and Admin Add reviewers who can review member plans and goals. Add Administrators who can do most of the privileged tasks including team admin and member management.
